Striebig slashes prices by 15%

Vertical panel saw specialist Striebig has responded to the strength of the Swiss franc by reducing prices of its machines by 15%.

The entry-level Striebig Compact is 15% cheaper until the end of November.

Matt Pearce, Sales Director of Striebig's exclusive UK distributor, T.M. Machinery Sales, said: "The 15% cent price discount, which we are passing on in full, is very good news for our customers. It applies across the entire Striebig product range on all new machines ordered before the end of November."

Strong demand for Striebig machines has already been helped by the Swiss manufacturer's decision to hold existing price levels for the third year in a row.

"By offering this latest price discount, Striebig is doing everything it can to help UK manufacturers in these tough economic times," said Matt Pearce.

The Striebig range consists of four machine series catering for all sizing needs. There's the entry-level Compact; the Standard; the Evolution; and the high-tech Control vertical sawing centre.

Each is available in nine standard sizes with an extensive selection of options available to improve the saws' effectiveness still further. Machines can also be built in special sizes and fitted with specialist equipment to suit individual requirements.
