TM Services & Spares

Service isn’t an add-on for us. It’s our foundation and remains at the heart of what we do.

We employ 11 full-time service engineers covering the UK. All engineers are directly employed by us – we do not use subcontractors – ensuring consistency, accountability and high service standards.

Our engineers are manufacturer trained and time-served apprentices, supported by an experienced technical team at our Leicester headquarters. Many members of our team have been with the company for a significant number of years, providing continuity and extensive product knowledge.

We carry out:

  • Preventative maintenance
  • Breakdown response
  • Machine overhauls
  • Installations and commissioning
  • Technical support

In addition to woodworking machinery, we support equipment across a range of allied industries.

Spare Parts Supply

Reliable access to spare parts is essential for maintaining productivity.

We hold extensive spare parts stock at our Leicester facility for rapid dispatch throughout the UK.

Our engineers also carry commonly required parts in their vehicles to maximise first-time fix rates and minimise downtime.

Our spare parts service covers a wide range of manufacturers and machine types. We are committed to providing prompt, efficient support to keep customers operational.

TM Machinery Sales

TM Machinery Sales focuses on the supply of high-quality machinery backed by full technical support.

Striebig – Sole UK Agent

We have worked with Striebig for over 40 years and have been the sole UK agent for nearly 30 years. During that time, we have supplied thousands of Striebig vertical panel saws into the UK market.

Striebig machines are recognised for their precision, durability and long service life. We provide:

  • Supply and installation
  • Commissioning
  • Operator training
  • Ongoing servicing and parts support

Our long-standing relationship with Striebig ensures strong technical backup and continuity of supply.

AL-KO Dust Extraction

For over 20 years, we have worked with AL-KO as our dust extraction partner and are the sole UK importer of AL-KO equipment.

AL-KO extraction systems complement our machinery installations and provide efficient, reliable dust control solutions for a wide range of applications.

Refurbished Machinery

Striebig machines are built for longevity, with many remaining in service for decades.
When customers upgrade, we regularly take machines in part exchange.

All pre-owned machines are fully stripped, inspected and refurbished in our Leicester workshop before resale.

Refurbished machines are supplied with a six-month parts and labour warranty, offering customers a dependable and cost-effective alternative to new equipment.

Showroom & Demonstrations

We understand that investment in capital machinery requires careful consideration.

Our Leicester showroom facilities allow customers to view machines in operation and carry out test cutting where required. This enables informed decision-making and ensures equipment suitability before purchase.

Industries We Support

We work with a broad range of industries across the UK, including:

  • Furniture manufacturers
  • Joinery and timber frame construction
  • Builders’ merchants
  • Plastics stockholders
  • Sign makers

Where accurate panel sizing is required, our machinery and support services are in operation.

Environmental Responsibility

As a nationwide service provider, we recognise the importance of reducing environmental impact.

We have invested in electrifying much of our vehicle fleet, and our Leicester facility operates primarily on solar power for most of the year.

We recycle packaging materials and utilise wood waste burners to heat our workshop.

We continue to review our operations to improve efficiency and sustainability where practical.
