The robust design and precisely coordinated functional elements characterise the Panhans band resaws. These saws are suitable for precisely cutting through solid wood. With a band saw, sawing can begin immediately after measuring and marking. The workpiece is held with both hands during the cut. This eliminates the time-consuming clamping of the workpiece in the vice or the attachment of clamps.
With its extra robust design, the Panhans band resaws TBS 800 and 900 R are designed to produce precise, straight cuts in solid wood and glued solid wood.
With its 11 kW three-phase motor, it delivers the required performance and best cutting results when cutting larger cross-sections, for example in the area of timber construction.
The impellers are made of solid cast steel, finely turned and balanced. The band saw blade is guided by special sliding guides above and below the table, whereby the guide above the table can be adjusted to the height of the workpiece.
The massive and generously sized machine table with a finely planed surface is equipped with a replaceable aluminum table insert.
The feed unit with automatic and pneumatic adjustment. The feed speed of the toothed steel roller can be selected in 10 different steps.
The operating elements with the control buttons are clearly arranged and positioned at an ideal working height. This ensures efficient and ergonomic working.
The bandsaw is equipped with an automatic sawblade lubrication system via a felt cover and a dosed liquid tank.
The bandsaw wheels are made of solid cast steel and are dynamically balanced for smooth and quiet running.
