Spindle moulder model F90 -180 with fixed shaft. Worktable with movable front table operated by handwheel. Designed for modular composition. The new work table regulation system allows you to regulate your table quickly and precisely for accurate alignment with the tool being used. It is extremely practical and easy to regulate using the handwheel located on the front of the machine: no other tool is needed to carry out this operation. Precision is guaranteed by the table’s dovetail profile.
The structure is greatly resistant to torsion and bending. Sliding takes place on prismatic guides made of special tempered steel with interposition of balls. The point of contact between the balls is limited in order to ensure sliding even in the most severe conditions.
The fast interchangeable spindle HSK, which is supplied on request, is fixed to the shaft of the machine through an automated locking device. This can be controlled through a special selector on the control panel.
With exstension central plane for milling and superior plane inclinable – 60° + 60° for tenoning. Tilting of superior plane on index table with fastening by means of pins inserted into riferiment holes every 5° with high precision measurement.
