The new and improved Striebig Control vertical wall saw is a comprehensive vertical cutting centre designed to meet the demanding needs of today’s panel processors. It sets itself apart from other vertical panel saws with its high degree of automation and user-friendly operations that deliver secure and risk-free operation. With the Control, manual work is a thing of the past, guaranteeing that sizing is performed easily and quickly.
The unique “touch and saw” operating system developed exclusively by Striebig is activated via an innovative, programmable, touch-screen control system. This raises the efficiency of the Control vertical wall saw to new and unrivalled levels. You simply touch the panel with your finger tips to carry out every operation while the 12-inch colour display screen visualises all functions. This easy-to-use system ensures that operating errors are reduced to a minimum.
With pneumatic assistance, the vertical wall saw unit plunges fully automatically into the panel. Feed speeds can be adjusted to the material being sized. Other advanced built-in features that come as standard include panel end recognition, constant return speed of the saw unit, an operating-hour meter and a digital measuring system on both axes.
The Control defines the premium class for vertical sawing technology through a high degree of sawing process automation and innovative equipment options. The intelligent visualisation on the clearly arranged 12-inch touch screen computer guides you safely step-by-step through the cutting process.
Thanks to the standard EPS-Y you can automatically position the saw unit for horizontal sawing. The ABO, which is also a standard feature, ensures the automatic top trimming cut. Whilst the 4SB lower trimming ensures the lower trimming cuts are performed automatically. The turning of the panel material and the heavy physical work associated with it is no longer necessary.
