TM Services apprentice Jordan Wills has been named Apprentice of the Year out of his class of 40 after completing the first year of a four year Advanced Apprenticeship in Engineering at South Leicestershire College.

Jordan, 19, first went to T.M. Services on a week’s work experience after gaining a BTEC in Engineering. Following an interview he was taken on as an apprentice and returned to college full time.

He is now working four days a week at the company as a TM Services apprentice service engineer, with one day a week back at college where he is continuing with his studies.
