The woodworking machinery exhibition will see “With business showing a definite boost over the last six months and woodworkers now prepared to open their cheque books more readily, we are very optimistic about our upcoming appearance at W14.” said Matt Pearce, sales director of T.M. Machinery Sales.

At the next woodworking machinery exhibition in Birmingham’s National Exhibition Centre in October, T.M. will demonstrate the latest machines from the Swiss-made Striebig range of vertical panel saws and the Italian Viet range of artisan wide belt sanders.

New Striebig 4D vertical panel saw on show

To be exhibited for the first time in the UK will be the remarkable new Striebig 4D machine. The 4D is a truly revolutionary development as it is the world’s first vertical panel saw to offer intelligent cut optimisation, even for the most complicated panel and strip cutting work.

It represents a quantum leap forward in saw technology, offering outstanding performance levels for the benefit of saw users who want maximum efficiency. The 4D, which can optimize and cut a full panel without the operator needing to re-handle it once it is loaded, will be shown alongside existing popular models from the Striebig range.

For the first time since being appointed as UK agents by Biesse, Viet’s parent company, T.M. will also be showing machines from the highly efficient and economical Viet artisan range of wide belt sanders.

Latest woodworking machinery models on display

“Having the latest models on the stand will remind the trade just how superb these Viet sanders are,” said Matt Pearce.

He added: “Appearing at Britain’s leading woodworking equipment exhibition every two years has become an important part of our overall marketing strategy.

“We know from our experience at W12 that W14 will give us the opportunity to meet a large number of woodworkers who we would otherwise find it difficult to reach.

“With the new 4D on the stand plus other popular Striebig saws as well as the Viet sanders, we are expecting a hectic time.”
