LIGNA has been a must-attend show for the woodworking industry for 50 years and for forward-thinking companies like vertical panel saw manufacturer, Striebig and German dust extraction specialist, AL-KO, it offers a unique opportunity to present its latest product offerings on an international stage.
So, what can visitors expect to see?
AL-KO Dust Extraction
Known for its compact and efficient dust extraction solutions, AL-KO will be presenting a brand new dust vacuum in hall 12, stand D15. Following the successful launch of its CLEAN VAC high-vacuum extraction system at LIGNA 2023, AL-KO’s team have now developed a smaller unit suitable for the small to medium sized workshop – the POWER Vac.
Designed to replace the need for multiple vacuum cleaners at a work bench – and ultimately save on space, energy consumption and noise – AL-KO’s latest innovation now makes it possible to extract several commercial hand machines with an extraction nozzle between 20-40 mm in diameter from a single, compact source. Plus, thanks to Al-KO’s patented extraction and ventilation technology, it offers maximum energy efficiency without impacting on performance.
The new technology will be available in two models – varying in volume flow, vacuum pressure and nozzle size – whilst both featuring an “M” class filter and boasting a low residual dust content (<0.1 mg/m³).
Striebig Vertical Panel Saws
For vertical panel saw manufacturer, Striebig, quality and sustainability will form the foundation of their stand this year, as well as the company’s ongoing commitment to cutting technology.
Presenting intuitive operation software in hall 12, stand B40, specialists will be on hand to showcase the different operating systems available – as well as prove how simple it is to integrate Striebig’s intuitive cutting processes into an existing workshop.
Striebig’s powerhouse – the Striebig 4D – will also be on the stand, featuring a fully automatic, programmable panel pusher designed to significantly reduce cutting times and optimise workflow.
